This is the story of a beautiful family of American Red Squirrels living in woodland in Manitoba, Canada. A little intrusion into their lives was the inspiration for this book. Each page has a full page photograph of our squirrels and illustrations to go along with the story on the following page. A little fantasy is thrown in though much is based on truth!
Mr. Bickles was the first contact with our family, Belinda soon came on the scene and fitted in beautifully. In the spring their little family was born. They have been interesting, fun and totally captivating.
Enjoy following their adventures from my observations this year and hopefully we will have more stories to publish at a later date.
