For food for thought, I have also included some personal examples and material I have compiled over the years. The Peace section introduces a technique that Jeff Baugher and I developed of using the pairs of movements to affirm inner peace and balance by looking at certain extremes of human nature that the movements can also represent. The Zodiac section is a brief look at the pairs of movements and how they may be used for peace and balance, like cross-training opposite pairs of muscle groups.
