Book 4, "The Black Book," takes us back to S.A. Mursa base while introducing us to the frightening world of those who have lost their humanity. With immense power, they are now the apex predators of the White Desert. Ten long years were lost during stasis in Convallis Megalopolis. During that time, a new armoured column of mercenaries has joined them in the fight, the attack tank group "The Lost."
Searching in the darkness to find themselves, to make a place for themselves and theirs, they find that every step they take leads them farther down a long dark road from which they can never return.
