COVID-19 hat für alle eine besondere so vorher nicht bekannte Situation geschaffen. Unter vielem anderen hat es zur längsten Schließung von Kinos in Friedenszeiten geführt. Dies ist eine Dokumentation dieser besonderen Situation. Das Fotobuch zeigt Berliner Kinos im Lockdown. Die Leere vor den Kinos, die Gebäude im Wartezustand und in manchen Fällen vielleicht die letzten Augenblicke der Gebäude als Kino, falls diese nicht wieder in allen Fällen öffnen. Eine Dokumentation des "Vermissen" - gegenseitig sowohl der wartenden Kinos als auch des Wartens auf Kino. ----COVID-19 has brought an usual situation never experienced before across many areas. Among other it has led to the longest closure of cinemas in times of peace. This is a documentation of the special and unprecedented situation. The photos show Berlin cinemas in lockdown. The emptiness in front of the cinemas, the buildings in waiting and possibly in some cases the last time these buildings are cinemas in case not all of them re-open again. It's a documentation of "missing" - the missing of buildings wanting to be filled with life again as well as the missing of cinema.
