The objective target of this thesis is divided into§four points. The §first point is the analysis of the missing parts. These systems will be described and§afterwards the §best solution will be determined with the help of a§Value Benefit §Analyse.§§In the third point the chosen alternative will be§developed and §changed into a solution, which fits the situation ideal.§§In the fourth point the concept will be implemented§and introduced §to the employees. Furthermore it will be looked if§there were first §achievements of the concept
