Memory, Memory, Go Away

The United Founded States of America has undergone a Suicide and Opioid Epidemic for years. However, a new program called Memory, Memory, Go Away has been established to end all that. Its procedure involves extracting memories from one's mind to help one live a more stable life. The program will give rise to enemies, and those enemies stand in the way of a pivotal merger between the esoteric program and Federal.
