Lucy's Magical Guide to Taxation

Hiya! I'm Lucy Sunberry-tax fae, sparkle specialist, and Level 10 Magical Math Whiz!

In this story, I team up with my new friend Cat-a calm, slightly spooky skeleton who would rather whisper to marigolds than deal with math. She thinks taxes are confusing, boring, and maybe a little terrifying. But I'm here to prove her wrong!

Together, we dive into the magical world of money and learn how taxes really work. I show Cat how to subtract her standard deduction, understand how progressive tax brackets work, and calculate whether she owes coins or gets a refund. We use the sunflower method-because why not make taxes a little brighter? And with my favorite formula, the S.U.N. method (that's Subtract, Understand, Net), we turn a scary scroll of numbers into something simple, sparkly, and even kind of fun.

This isn't just a lesson in tax math-it's a story about learning, growing, and finding common ground between sunshine and shade. If you've ever wondered where your coins go or how to make sense of what adults call "income," you're in the right place. Come learn with me-and don't worry, we keep the glitter to a manageable level.
