Aroz Johnson was no stranger to drugs, money and murder. However, this time around he had to be different if he was going to remain free in order to take care of his baby sister Shonda and his nephew Pudgy. They say "that people can change, but the streets never do."

When the unthinkable happens and his dreams are endangered, Aroz finds himself slipping back into what he had always done best, and that was "getting money." Leaving "Dirty Jersey" behind he headed to North Carolina with one goal in mind, "get rich." Aroz knew that money brings power and with power comes respect. He was determined to have both, knowing there was no room for error.

Along the way, Aroz allows love to conquer his heart and falls in love with a woman named Tamilah. A woman whose fierce loyalty fuels Aroz's ambition, and together the sky was the limit. But there's always a flip side to the game. In which, disloyalty and betrayal forces Aroz and his "Power Circle" to lay the murder game down in the city of Wilmington N.C. while at the same time trying to maintain the choke hold on the dope game.
