I am passionate about learning languages. There is something special about that sense of connection you get when you talk to another person in their mother tongue. The expression 'they really spoke my language' really captures that magic feeling. So unlike other German childrens books, this book makes German for kids fun. I really wanted to focus on words and expressions that would make people smile.
