Set in the year 2036 in Shillong Meghalaya, India, The Rupa-Khyriem family is at the height of their prestige and the father of the family at the height of his power in the state and the crown jewel of his success so far comes when he inaugurates the world's tallest skyscraper in one of the most seismically active regions in the world. Three towers reaching for the stars all then connecting at the top relying on each other to stabilise their tall structure and the building itself seems more like a metaphor for the man's rising status, with some predicting he could end up being the most powerful person in the country. But however a man with such stature is not someone without skeletons in his vast closet. His ultimate achievement may just stand the test of time but how should any man with such power react when his image, family structure and life start to crumble when the truth comes to light and the chicken comes home to roost?

How much intelligence is too much intelligence? The idea of a love potion had existed for so long that it is hard to date its origin but what would happen when a young man in his attempt to find love and companionship unlocks the secret of making one? But intelligence also means having the ability to see and gaze into the future and what the young man sees with the power has unleashed into the world is human self destruction and in his epiphany he will have no part in it. What is done, is done, the only way forward now is to find the optimal way to make sure such powers do not come to light.

And Shimty is one police officer in the Shillong Metropolitan Police Homicide Unit who has to straddle two ways of doing things, either be the good officer she aspires to constantly be or break a few rules to get things done. But constantly seeing humans at their worst is not always a good thing. With the love potion in the air and a political juggernaut spiraling into destruction how can she do her job and keep her morals intact against such powers that can change the world around her that she would no lumber be able to recognise.
