Life to the Power of IV

Have you ever noticed patterns in Life, things that only you seem to recognise? Ever stopped to think why that might be? The mind likes to think of things in a structured logical way, it helps us to process Life. When you think of a Year, it helps to break it down into four seasons (Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring) as an example. This book is FULL of these patterns, identified by the author, and shown to you to make your life easier to digest!

"You know you need to make some life changes, but don't know where to begin? That was exactly where I found myself as I landed at the door to my fifties and it was scary; how had I landed here, what happened? It was time I took a step back and worked out what this "life thing" was all about. This book explains the process I went through and some of what I found."

The book is full of autobiographical insights, but playfully indulges in some light philosophy and psychology for good measure. Its an easy read, light and good humoured. It will help anyone who is trying to make sense of life, by offering food for thought, interesting concepts and original ideas...

"I talk about the four bodies, the four periods of life, the four life principles, my treaty for life (with, you guessed it four component parts), the four life modes, the four death principles and more. Join me as we take a ride through life's journey; take what knowledge you can and apply it to your own experience."

This is the first book from The Real Life series - the whole series is dedicated to seeing life from a multitude of angles, to make your life easier, more fulfilling or more complete.
