Learning Lessons from Depression

Depression is one of the loneliest places to be. But you aren't alone. Others have experienced depression too, and have found that beautiful things lie in the depths of even the darkest of places.

This is not a how to book, or advice from a professional. I am not a therapist, a life coach, or a coach of any kind. Rather this is the personal story of one who suffered from depression and had given up on living a life of fulfillment, joy, and purpose, and how I learned that the keys to escaping my prison were already in my hand. It just took courage to use them.
