Leadership in the Age of AI

The future of leadership is integrating the power of AI with human-centric leadership through enhanced human intelligence (HI). The question of whether AI will replace humans assumes that AI and humans have the same level of intelligence, but in reality, they do not.

Meegan Kriley-Mackay focuses on upskilling the human workforce by tapping into the potential of HI using the "5 Whys of Soft Interrogation (5YSI)." This approach helps individuals break through their limiting programs, which are rooted in childhood experiences and trauma, to unleash their true capabilities and work in harmony with AI rather than be overtaken by it.

The essence of the program lies in questioning oneself through the 5YSI, which are as follows:

Why 1-Aware: Becoming conscious of your current state.

Why 2-Acknowledge: Self-reflection to understand the root causes of your feelings and actions.

Why 3-Accept: Embracing who you are and how you got there.

Why 4-Action: Implementing changes by focusing on goals and plans.

Why 5-Actualization: Empowering oneself through self-actualization, reaching the truth of your inner potential.

AI-based machines are fast, more accurate, and consistently rational, but they aren't intuitive, emotional, or culturally sensitive. It's exactly these abilities and more that humans possess, which make us intelligent, unique, and effective.

Take off your mask and be your true super-intelligent self!

Thank you for being human, Meegan.
