The "people of the Kremlin" does not get out under a good light: their decisions are not taken by conscious meanings and by knowledge, but by "feelings", mood or even by the predictions of shamans, or by stupidity, poor skillness, prejudice, impulse and even idiocy.
To them, other's feelings, thoughts, beliefs, are empty concepts: these people are interested and pursue only what they want and like.
