A stabbing at a school... Every parent's worst nightmare...

When news of a stabbing at the local school breaks on social media, Rose and her friend, Irina, are worried sick. The two women race to the school to check on Irina's teenage daughter, Bethany.

But Bethany hasn't been stabbed. She's been arrested for murder.

Distraught, and shunned by everyone she knows, Irina begs Rose to help them, hoping Rose can replicate her recent successes at solving crimes.

Bethany isn't saying anything to defend herself, despite the evidence against her rapidly stacking up. As Rose tries to uncover a reason for Bethany's actions, she becomes increasingly involved with the girl's parents, and is caught up in a terrifying situation when a mob of angry protesters descends on the family home, with catastrophic consequences.
