Invitation

I write to share my experience and insights and to create an opening for you to have your own experience and shift within each chapter. What I am most inspired by is the opportunity to share explorations for self-discovery. Playing into enlightenment (another book I will write). That is why you will see meditations, explorations, and games in each chapter. These are designed to allow you to have your own experience and source your own connection, understanding, love, and healing from within. The power of playful exploration is that we can create space around what used to seem too scary to face. And that space we create makes an expansion in the contraction we once held, so light can penetrate and heal. Then the shadows can become our allies on our journey. We can release the trauma and holding, forgive, connect deeper, and create our world with ever-increased awareness and love. At this point, this has been the structure of my writing, workshops, music, and performance. To release the old through facing, forgiving, and loving into freedom as we step into what we truly want- connected to our soul calling.
