This is the story of my mother in law, as she told me in his last years of life. I want to share it first for her grandchildren and other descendants, to know her beginnings and what are their roots. I want them to know how hard life was in those days and the courage they had, to deal with every situation.
I also want to share it with anyone who's grandparents come from the island of Puerto Rico, especially those that come form the country fields, bank on those days. Because we that have always live in the cities, have no idea what our antecessor went through.
Her story is tough, but is very inspirational, And it's my desire that reading this book you can be lifted up in your faith, and trust in the Lord.
