The missions of "Pharma libre" and "OUED" are completely different in their approaches because of their different fields. Indeed, "Pharma libre" is mainly focused on the pharmacological branch, whereas "OUED" and my experience are mainly oriented on the clinical branch of dentistry. "Pharma libre" is focused on an inventory of pharmacies' stocks and a monitoring of orphanages in their management. On the other hand, "OUED" focuses on dental care, whether it is in the management of dental emergencies or prostheses, that is to say an approach that is more clinical and practical than logistical. The power to intervene with a population in need of care depends mainly on the motivation of the volunteers. Each member of a team must surpass himself or herself because the work is often hard and the environment not always adapted. Fortunately, the strength of this commitment is to feel an enormous enrichment both professionally and personally. If we have known and learned about a country, known and learned about other people, other children, we have also learned to know ourselves better thanks to this fabulous humanitarian commitment.
