Over the past seven years, the book has garnered significant attention from HR practitioners, while the Three Pillars model has been widely adopted in Chinese corporate practice. During this period, challenges such as the "cultural incompatibility" issue and the sweeping changes brought about by technological waves-particularly artificial intelligence-have posed difficulties for Chinese enterprises in implementing the HR Three Pillars model. Nevertheless, the two key concepts emphasized in the book-end-to-end delivery and product manager thinking-have had a growing impact on the field of human resource management practice.

Building on this foundation, the new edition first maintains the relative stability of the theory and framework, systematically reviews the evolution of the HR Three Pillars, and highlights the collision and integration of ideas between the West and China regarding the Three Pillars model.
