How to Bloom is a collection of poems about the enthralling, complex, grueling, and beautiful journey of growth.

Starting with a crumbled sticky note filled with deep emotions strung into a series of sentences she wasn't sure what to call, Tatyana White-Jenkins chronicled her journey of unexpected growth and transformation. Feeling lost and uncertain of her direction, she turned to her first love: writing. But her writing had never taken this form before. As she was struggling to find herself, poetry found her. Line by line, Tatyana documented her growing pains by diving into her past grievances, present emotions, and changing aspirations for her future. She never imagined herself writing poems, let alone an entire collection of them.

But sometimes things bloom unexpectedly.
