Having worked within healthcare for many years, I was never surprised as to the amount of serious errors made. This book is an entertaining account of some of the things taken place, most are comical, although some really are not so. I will also share with you how to check whether a Doctor or Nurse is subject to any disciplinary investigations or has/had any conditions to practice. There are some tips on the things you should check should you or a loved one ever need to go into hospital for any procedure, along with ways you can choose where you have your procedure (even sometimes privately with no cost to you). Finally, it is always helpful to know how senior staff work at hospitals and how you can demand to see/speak to them 24/7 as this usually gets their attention if things are going a little awry.
