Heaven, Hell, Death and Eternity

Some time ago, I was traveling by train. Suddenly, a young man I didn't know (he knew me from the Internet) came up to me and asked, "Do you believe there is a hell?" I replied immediately, "Yes, of course! But heaven is more important! And we can only get there through Jesus Christ, the Son of God!"
This beautiful encounter and my own advanced age were the reasons for writing this book. For wise is the one who prepares for eternity in good time! Foolish is the one who represses it!
Full of humility about my limited human knowledge, I would like to give insights into the mysteries of God in this book, as far as He has revealed them to us in His Word. In doing so, I do not want to go beyond the Word of God and speculate.
I would like to begin with the positive and say a few words about heaven. Then-which we must not conceal-I will say a few words about hell, Sheol, the realm of the dead, Hades, and what is connected with them.
The last part takes a fundamental look at life after death and asks every reader the existential question: "Where will YOU spend eternity?"
