People are rushing toward the man coming into Jerusalem. Shouting, "Jesus!" The Jesus man again, handing out miracles, never one for Rashab.

Rashab is a harlot in Belza's stable of women in Jerusalem. Their bodies are sold night after night, day after day. Her master is quarreling over the price of a woman. The seller reminds Belza of her high value as a virgin. She is not with child and has had no woman time. He will get more money for her in one night than he gets for all his sinners in one week.
This woman Belza is purchasing is just a child-much like she was, a child virgin. She whispers to her shadow, "I could not save myself. Can I save her?"

Rashab is a coward, living a life of prostitution, selling her body and her soul. She begs just one look, a simple touch-a miracle from the Jesus man. She seeks death as an escape from the life of a harlot. She sees Jesus as her only way to that end.

Her mother's voice echoes in her heart:
"There is more than one way to prostitute yourself. Stay on Guard."
