This manual is a result of the many 1:1 and group coaching and mentoring sessions I have given over the years. My coachees and mentees always wanted to have something in hand as a reference when our work together was finished. So I decided to develop this masterpiece to serve as a gateway for them to stay on track in your journey of personal growth.

I want you to write your story. I never want anyone else to tell your story, I want you to live your story because you say it is a beautiful thing once you understand that the only gift you can offer others is you. So keep in mind that as we go through this process, the best thing that you are is what the worlds need to see. That is what the world needs to hear.

Personal development means being able to slip out of the many masks. That is freedom. Unwrapping oneself from the masks and roles.

Enjoy life as simply as you are, accept it, centre yourself.... Simply BE ...
