For years, I tried to translate their magic into measurements we could all follow, but true Puerto Rican cooking is more than cups and spoons-it's rhythm, memory, and love passed down through generations. That's why each recipe in this book is paired with a video, offering a closer look at how my parents move through the kitchen, blending flavors that define our culture and family.
