"Gloryheads" is the alternately funny and tragic portrait of a smart-but-directionless young man named Dean Ireland and the band of beautiful losers he roams the streets of South Brooklyn with nightly; looking for love, sex, drugs...any momentary connection to be found. When Dean's girlfriend abruptly walks out, it triggers a series of upheavals that propel him headlong into a life he could've scarcely imagined just a few months before. Along with with his ever-present friend Lucas, Dean is ensnared by a world of street drugs and petty crime.
