Jimmy lives near Tyler, Texas, with his wife Beverly and their blended family of five children, seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. A devoted husband, grandfa-ther, and church member, he is retired from a 30-year career in law enforcement and currently serves as a Safety Director for a transportation company.
Raised in East Texas and later working along Trinity Bay, Jimmy returned home after retirement to be near his family and his church, Central Baptist of Lindale.
This book was born from a series of vivid dreams that sti-rred a calling in his heart. Though always passionate about writing, this is the first time he's felt compelled to share a message. His story reflects the state of the world-and the responsibility Christians have to respond with faith and purpose.
