The life of a young Norwegian woman is transformed by her parents' decision to emigrate to a distant land.
Leaving the war and its ravages behind, they traveled in search of paradise, (The Galapagos Islands), peace and tranquility. What she never imagined that this place would be where her life would be transformed into a life of suffering and misfortune.
Her parents return to her country without having found what they were looking for, leaving her daughter behind in the hands of the person who was going to take care of her, but the only thing that resulted from her was receiving more pain and losses. .
She never stops believing in love and continues in search of it, receiving the opposite, mistreatment, humiliation and abuse.
