Frostbite

Captain J.F. Perry, a seasoned and battle-hardened officer, is abruptly pulled from his long-awaited leave and dispatched to one of the most desolate places on Earth: Antarctica. His mission is simple-investigate the sudden and complete radio silence from 'Scott Outpost', a remote American research facility.

As his chopper lands amid a barren, frozen wasteland, Perry is greeted only by eerie quiet and signs of chaos-shattered equipment, bloodstains in the snow, and no sign of life. The crew members are missing, but their personal effects remain, as though they vanished in the middle of their work. Worse, strange and unsettling recordings in the station's logs hint at rising paranoia, impossible sightings, and something far more sinister than mere isolation.

Perry soon discovers he's not alone. However, the horror truly begins when members of his own investigation team start to disappear, only to return behaving in strange, uncharacteristic ways. The truth is more horrifying than he could have imagined: an ancient, malevolent parasite has infiltrated the outpost-one that can imitate the appearance, behavior, and even memories of those it kills. Now, trapped in the icy wilderness with no chance of rescue, Perry and the survivors must uncover who they can still trust and find a way to kill the enemy that hides among them before it turns them against each other. In a battle against time, the freezing temperatures, and a monstrous enemy that could be anyone, Perry must decide who will survive and how far he's willing to go to destroy the threat before it spreads beyond the ice.
