Focused Feelings

This is the second book in a series of Poems: Focused Feelings. This book is more of a deep, personal expression of my strong faith in God. I must tell you that I was inspired to write about some of the times in life when I thought it was all over. In between the lines you will sense the desperation and anguish I was feeling. You will also experience times of overwhelming joy and amazement. We all have times when we internalize our pain from unexpected losses. Words are inadequate and if we were to speak who could truly say: "I know what your feeling." No one knows what you're going through on the inside...no one but God. No one else can ease the hurt and despair. Life is full of lessons. These rhymes are about I how learned to trust God for my answers and not myself or others. Life is a continuing test. Don't worry about failing. It's an open book test. The author is God and the book is the Bible. The Teacher is patient and tutoring is available simply by asking for it. Sometimes he will use books like mine to give extra credit to those who are seeking more. The poems are very easy to read. May they ignite a desire in you to pray more and see what God can and will do if you call on him. Remember in God's eyes we are children. Children sometimes have to be disciplined. God chastens only to make you the best you can be. I pray you learn something at the end to help you start a new beginning. It's never too late...until it is.
