Five Temples

Being involved in the Martial sciences since I was eight years old, I have dared to travel & compete where other wouldn't dare. To experience life, you mustn't be afraid to explore, or take chances because then you will always wonder what if. I have competed in documented certified World Tournaments across six continents, 47 different countries, & in my own country of the U.S.A. have dominated 22 different States with a career record so far of 872 wins with only two losses which were Rhode Island in 1998 & Romania in 2020. This book was inspired form a project presented to me by 3 of my colleagues' friends. Grandmaster's Reza Bozorgi from Iran, Wojciech Dolny from Poland, & Bernd Höhle from Germany. I thank you all for the push. This book of the Five Temples contains five of my own awarding Kata's that made those statistics above a reality. They come from my discipline that I created of Taikyokuken Ken Sho Ryu of which I am the Soke or founder. Each chapter explains the causes & effects of each movement of each kata like performing a Bunki, each kata is described in whole from start to finish, then I explain to you the skeletal, muscular, 5 major organs, & vital points in full detail to placement to function, to manipulation, & whole lot more information in-between.
