Falling Off The Moon: poems of transformation

Falling Off the Moon is a collection of poems revealing the spiritual heart of one woman's journey of transformation through heartache to wisdom. Written from a feminine perspective and in a style reminiscent of Rumi, the poems speak to an intimate experience of evolution through loss and starting over.

The poems in this collection are deeply personal, each one exploring the poet's own journey through death, divorce, motherhood, healing and rebirth. Like the changes a seed must make in order to survive and grow, the poems describe the vulnerability of breakdown, transformation, and personal evolution.

The author's spirituality and musical sensibility flow throughout verses which illuminate both the difficult days as well as the unexpected joys experienced along the way. Using evocative language and universal themes, the poet celebrates her freedom to live an authentic life. These insightful poems are medicine for any woman (or man) dealing with grief or unexpected challenges and seeking inspiration for their journey. Written with compassion, hope, wisdom, love and empowerment, the author shares her soulful and healing experience of learning to love herself through the big life transitions caused by chaos, challenge and change. The poems and prayers offer a refuge of emotional and spiritual nourishment for anyone seeking the relief found in true inner growth, joy and self-love.
