What are "Essential Ingredients"? Essential ingredients are the food related inputs that are essential, or critical, for survival. The essential ingredients include carbohydrates, lipids, protein, vitamins and minerals, fiber, and water. The ingredients of science food are simply these essential inputs at their required input levels.
Science food is very quick and it can help many people with busy lives. It is also very affordable compared with traditional food.
