When Adam wakes up in a dark tunnel with no memory of who he is, he finds himself trapped on the strange and puzzling Planet Numberth. Armed with only a mysterious calculator, he must solve a series of mathematical challenges against the likes of The Oddtopus, Mr. Bonds and The Multiguys.

Escape from Numberth is the creation of teachers James Summerfield and Samuel Kordan. Whilst the mathematical content of the book is roughly aimed at 6-7-year-olds, the story is written to be enjoyed by a wide range of ages. It is recommended that parents/caregivers read this with or to their children and that they talk about the maths problems which Adam and Millie must solve.
