Coaching is a universal tool that exists separately from mastery of a skill. Teaching a student, a friend, or even a stranger something new allows us to connect with one another, and learning how to become an empowered coach can help you create students who are passionate and dedicated.

Parkour coach Jesse Danger spent the last decade compiling the learnings he's taken from around the world to create a toolkit that anyone can use to become better at building a community and teaching new skills.

Embrace Challenge is part autobiography, detailing Danger's history with parkour as one of the first practitioners in the country as well as his struggles and triumphs building a business in one of the most competitive cities in the world. Between these reflections on his journey as a coach, he shares "Movement Models" to help illustrate and explain the core principles of his coaching style in a simple, easy-to-follow way.
