Elixir is a collection of poetry and original artwork by Kazi Saad Asif.
The artworks began as an attempt to reconnect with the artist within him, a part of himself he had lost touch with over a decade ago. The poems emerged as a means of processing three decades of emotional traffic: the accumulated weight of experience, the turbulence of adulthood, and the quiet complexities of being human.
Eventually, the poems and artworks found a common home on @anecdotal_doodles, an art account where two forms of expression converged into a singular creative practice. Bringing them together in a literary collection became a natural continuation of that journey.
Elixir is the heart of an engineer attempting to breathe after a decade of adulthood.
