DOT&E Strategy Implementation Plan

The Department of Defense's Office of Testing and Evaluation (DOT&E) is one of the few things (other than hypersonics and nuclear-powered satellites) that can kill big weapons programs! Careful study of this document will be well worthwhile for students of US defense policy.

This document is the DOT&E Strategy Implementation Plan, which outlines the strategic intent and key actions for implementing the DOT&E Strategy Update.
