Deep in the Appalachian mountains, sprouts the Doppelwoods. The nearby townspeople steer clear due to the terrifying stories and myths surrounding them. Until one hunting season, disease wipes out all signs of life, all except for sounds of deep bellows echoing from the Doppelwoods. Tuck ignores all the stories to go deep into the forest and hunt food for his family, not aware the rumors may be way more true than he anticipated. He fears something with a long past and sinister intentions has followed him from those woods, stalking him. Shortly after he leaves for work, his worries are confirmed after receiving an impossible photo. Were the stories of the Doppelwoods true? If so can Tuck save his family or even himself?
