Don't Do That is not a motivational book.
It is not a self-help manual.
And it is not interested in fixing you.

This book is about interruption.

You will not be given steps to follow.
You will not be asked to relive your story.

Instead, you will be invited to recognize when something no longer needs to be done.

Because sometimes the most meaningful change does not come from adding insight, effort, or understanding-but from stopping one unnecessary move.
