Demonic Temptations

To infiltrate rivals in Hell, the angel Aeron reluctantly disguises himself as a demon at Belial's request. Lost in the decadent pleasures, Aeron deserts his mission and ignores Belial's calls. When finally found, Aeron is blinded by vice and attacks Belial, no longer recognizing his love.

Seeing Belial's self-sacrifice jolts Aeron's memories back. Ashamed, he begs forgiveness and is absolved, but still struggles with residual dark impulses threatening to overtake him again. Only thoughts of Belial keep the shadows at bay.

When assassins come, Aeron revels in slaughtering them ruthlessly before Belial's horrified eyes. On the brink of oblivion, Aeron sees a vision of his former angelic self and regains control, channeling his demonic abilities for good.

Ready to infiltrate Hell again, Aeron vows not to lose himself. Disguised, he and Belial gather intel, but temptation proves challenging for Aeron. Nearly falling prey to his darkest desires, only Belial anchors him.

Back on Earth, Aeron renounces his demonic guise completely, realizing deceit cannot win. Together, they openly attack the usurpers, relying on their unbreakable bond. Victorious, Aeron thanks Belial for saving his soul from shadow and leading him back to the light.

With balance restored and the future ahead of them, Belial seals their commitment to one another through all trials to come. Their connection conquered darkness and brought Aeron redemption.
