No one appreciates being deceived, especially when it comes to their faith system. Unfortunately, many naive people, including Bible characters, end up snared, when deception comes knocking at their door.

To prevent that end, the Bible exposes numerous tactics of deception.

Throughout this book, "Deceived:", we investigate some Bible characters snared by deception. We examine their strengths and weaknesses, as well as deception tactics used to snare the unsuspecting in their walk with God. So, to escape deception's snare, develop an awareness of its tactics, then avoid them. In doing so, you obey scripture for Yeshua said in Mark 13:5 : "Take heed lest any deceive you."
