Dawn of the Trade

After years of serving his country overseas, former Marine Jon Haze returns to the familiar streets of Queens, New York, with hopes of reconnecting with his roots and finding peace in the aftermath of war. Yet, peace remains elusive for the 24-year-old veteran, who feels more lost than ever in the civilian world.

His quest for direction takes an unexpected turn when a night out with an old friend introduces him to the pulsating heart of Manhattan's nightlife at the exclusive nightclub, The Conquistador, where Jon, recognized for his resolve in a chaotic brawl, is drawn into the complex world of bouncing by the club's charismatic head bouncer, Addison Krowe. With no experience but a soldier's instincts, Jon enters the ranks of the legendary Doormen, discovering a realm defined by wealth, decadence, and the lurking dangers of organized crime and greed.

As Jon adapts to his new life, he uncovers the dualities of his role-protector and enforcer-within the opulent yet perilous empire of Manhattan's elite. The challenges are immense, but the rewards are intoxicating, offering him a sense of purpose he's desperately craved. However, the glittering lights mask a darker truth, one that threatens to erupt in a conflict as unpredictable and dangerous as any he's faced in combat.

With a storm brewing in the world of nightclubs, Dawn of the Trade sets the stage for an ultimate showdown where loyalty, survival, and identity are tested. Can Jon Haze emerge victorious in a war fought in the shadows of society?
