Dawn of the Picts

It is 368 AD and Roman Britain Burns! The Great Barbarian Conspiracy has begun. In 368 AD, Rome faced one of the greatest crises in the history of its northern frontier, the Great Barbarian Conspiracy. As the Roman Empire struggled to hold its borders, Britannia teetered on the edge of collapse. In the wild lands beyond the frontier, High King Vipoig Cigfran ruled the Picts with ruthless ambition, crushing rival clans and defying Roman authority. But the greatest threat to Rome would rise from within his own bloodline.
His grandson, Gartnait Dhuberr of the Bear Clan, grew up caught between worlds, bound by Pictish heritage yet shaped by life among the western tribes. When Rome's power began to falter, Gartnait seized his moment. Forging alliances with raiders, exiles, and warlords, he became a driving force behind a coordinated uprising that would shake Roman Britain to its core. As spies, soldiers, and rival kings struggle for control of Pictland, Dál Riata, and the contested lands of Britannia, the fate of the north hangs in the balance.
Dawn of the Picts is a sweeping historical saga of ambition, loyalty, and rebellion set against the violent twilight of Roman Britain-rooted in the real events that nearly brought Rome's rule in Britain to an end.
