Arabella Cedillo just landed her dream job as photographer for her favorite Formula 1 team, Albatross Racing. Suddenly, her quiet life is upended, full of fast-paced race weekends and trips all over the globe. But Arabella is keeping a secret. She's been in love with her father's best friend, Albatross's lead driver, Mateo Silva, since she was a teenager. And now that she's spending every weekend up close and personal with Mateo, she's not sure she can keep her feelings a secret anymore.

Mateo Silva used to be a champion. But that was years ago. Now he's hanging on to his Formula 1 seat as tight as he can, forced to face the fact that he's not as young as he once was. His team has made it very clear: win a championship this year or kiss a future contract goodbye. The only thing keeping Mateo going is the comfort and kindness of his best friend's daughter.

But when that kindness turns into an unexpected kiss and that kiss turns into much, much more, Mateo has to decide what he wants more: Formula 1 or Arabella's heart.
