Crushing Pride

Do you sometimes feel like you just can't get ahead? Have you ever wondered why God wasn't blessing your efforts?

God wants to bless our lives in every way, but when the enemy slips pride into our minds, we switch our focus from God to ourselves. God does not bless our efforts when we have prideful intentions.

Most of us go to God with the big things we can't handle, but what about the little things? Naturally, we think we can handle the small stuff, but are we meant to? God wants us to depend on him for everything.

By relying on our own strength and our own wisdom we are saying we don't really need God. However, God wants us to call on Him for everything we need. And when we do, and put our trust in Him, He will give us His strength, and His wisdom, which is far superior than our own. This, my friend, is the key to having success over even the smallest battles we face every day.
