Sometimes, God will use a catastrophe to get our attention.

After being fired from his job and then going through a terrible divorce, former pastor Joseph Green walked away from his old life, his former beliefs and almost all of his old friends. He pretty much disappeared into a cloud of regrets, anger and disappointment. For Joseph, it took a literal hurricane to finally shake up the stodgy, ritualistic and boring life he'd built up over two decades. Then, some dear friends from the past unexpectedly showed up on his doorstep and delivered a whirlwind of possibilities, some renewed connections to lost friends and a brand new perspective on forgiveness, reconciliation and even the faith that Joseph had all but abandoned.
