Crewed Moon Landing Faces Multiple Challenges

By 2030, either China or the US, or both, will be on the Moon with permanently crewed bases. This will draw a lot of attention when it happens. "China lands on the Moon" will be an epochal headline. Now is the time to start paying attention. This GAO report is a good place to start.
