Cravings-yes, we all experience them! Sometimes, they're so compelling that we throw our hands up in surrender to old habits. What if I told if you there was an opportunity to trade it all for a vision so much greater? What if I told you that there was an opportunity to truly grasp the greatness that awaits on the other side of these urges? Guess what? There is greatness on the other side.


We are destined for so much more, and reaching that potential requires our participation and complete surrender to God.

Hey Sis!! I am so excited that you have chosen to come along with me for this wild ride. Life is such a gift; it's messy, fun, hectic, and so much more. God rescued me from my own path of destruction and showed me that there is freedom in him. With ten toes down, with his grace and mercy, here I am.


I have a very colorful past. Caribbean descent, first-generation American, Army Veteran, Consultant, last of six, a daughter, a sister, aunt, and friend to many. Life has never been dull and never a straight path but a redeemed one.


As you venture through these pages, I hope you will see my heart and, more so, see God's heart through these pages and scriptures. Make it a slow read. Let God speak in the whisper and stillness. God speaks in the quiet.
