In an environment of fierce competition, communication represents a strategic axis in the management of organizations. In fact, it has been one of the key words in business management since the 1980s and 1990s. But what exactly does the term communicate mean?To communicate is to "be in relationship". This verb evokes transmission, exchange and sharing. The principles of communication stipulate the transformation of reality into communicable elements in order to create an image. The notion of image is, therefore, a constant preoccupation for every organization. It operates in an evolving environment where the various expectations of the public come together, which is why it has no choice but to assert itself, to speak, to dialogue, in a word to communicate.The company must build an effective communication policy so that its image is strong, rich and coherent.
