This is a true story about a street cop and the challenges he faced while trying to deal with the pitfalls and tragedies of life. The author of this "tell all" book writes of his experiences on the streets during years within the Law Enforcement community. Sometimes embarrassing, sometimes hilarious, and often raw. It's about the lifestyle, the addictive lure of the chase, and the emotional and physical costs endured along the way. The author uses some of the actual cases and real-world situations he encountered while pursuing his dreams and that elusive peace we all need so desperately. In all walks of life, we must learn to either cope or die. Follow Louis Schwiebert down the path to discover "the missing link."
My name is Louis J. Schwiebert. I was born in California and went to Cuesta College and Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. My careers were in Law Enforcement and consulting. My hobbies are working-out at the gym and firearms training. Finding Jesus brought me to Christian ministry work 28 years ago and was the inspiration for my book.
